Man Shot in Head, Then Arrested!
An incident in Colorado Springs, Colorado, shows that it isn’t only good guys who stop bad guys.
In the early morning of April 30th, 2021, a man called the Colorado Springs Police Department. He notified them that some shot him in the head.
A 2:00 AM Call to The Police
Police responded to the 5000 block of Ridenour Dr. on the northwest side of the Colorado Springs Airport. They found a woman on the scene, as well as the male reporting party.
The woman told police that the man was strangling her. And if his actions weren’t adequately indicating his desire, he also told her he would kill her.
The woman feared for her life and was able to access a handgun. She shot the man in the head, which seemed to persuade him to stop doing what he was doing.
The man survived his injuries, and Police found that the evidence supported the statements from the female victim. He received medical attention, and the Police arrested him on assault charges.
It appears that the victim and suspect knew each other. However, the police did not release their exact relationship.
We Wish We Knew More:
We all want to know more details.
- Was the woman carrying the gun in a holster, a purse, or was the gun somewhere else?
- What type of gun and ammunition did she use?
- How much training or experience did she have with the firearm?
These are just a few of the numerous questions I wish I had the opportunity to ask her.

The sad fact is that it’s spreading all over the country with the border opened up all the way like it is now.
What is spreading are mass shootings by angry, deranged coward white males? I am a white male so I can say that…oh and it’s a long-proven fact. They are inside “the border.”
Stop watching CNN and do some research, Scott. There have been many mass shootings (defined as an incident with at least 3 shooting victims) carried out by non-whites. Such blanket statements are only propagated by the ignorant.

Scott, I’m sorry you feel that way about yourself. I, however along with the majority of people, don’t fit in your description. I hope you are never in the situation where you or a loved one have to protect yourselves from a life or death situation, because you will lose. That has only to do with your attitude and way of thinking, not your skin color.
What you failed to mention, Scott, is the fact that almost ALL mass shootings are being done by deranged, coward, white Democrats. And I was a registered Democrat for much of my life so, like you, I too cam say that….and… this also is a long-proven fact! I can’t say I’m necessarily in favor of it but…..it appears disarming Democrats would save many lives. Facts are facts!

I took his comment to be sarcasm but perhaps I’m the one misinterpreting… At any rate, I’m glad the woman in the original story was able to be/get armed and protect herself. Sadly, we are losing our “civil” society and statistically, a greater percentage of the “perps” are Democrats
How is this incident, a political issue? Did the woman ask her attacker if he was a registered voters before she shot him? Wrong is wrong. We all have the right to defend ourselves and by any means. It was a blessing that this women was able to defend herself. Thank God. We need gun control but with measure. We must have legal right to carry. I will NOT be a victim.

“Shall” is a very specific term. For a specific reason.
